Alternater replaced Had my alternator replaced passing through from Atlanta. Car was making a noise from the time I drove off the lot. Took it to the shop when I got ho Had my alternator replaced passing through from Atlanta. Car was making a noise from the time I drove off the lot. Took it to the shop when I got home to find that one of the sub frame bolts was gone. This bolt had to be removed to replace the alternator. Have been in touch with Justin and Warren in service and provided them with the invoice and the explanation. Was told I would be reimbursed to have the bolt replaced but after two weeks and numerous calls and texts no check. Did have a first class experience as it was late in the day on Friday and I was out of town. Just want my $84 !! More

Not that great of a experience Detail job sucked. Only cared about the sale. We forgot a cd in our truck. Went back to get it and found the detail crew had stolen it. Not a pleasant experience I took my car in for service due to several sensor lights displaying on the dash. I felt rushed and pressured to buy a new car and the sales person ke I took my car in for service due to several sensor lights displaying on the dash. I felt rushed and pressured to buy a new car and the sales person kept stressing how unsafe my old car was. Now I'm not sure that wasn't just a sales tactic. Admittedly, I got tired of the process of looking at cars and when we agreed on a price, I just took it. We had talked about the features of my old car and I expressed an interest in having the same features. I did not get those same features. Yes, I was at fault for not being more observant, but the sales agent also knew my needs. I am not happy with the car I purchased. More
