My check engine light was on Warren where's my service representative. He was awesome. Actually I looked him up because he has served me before and I thought he was just great eve Warren where's my service representative. He was awesome. During the whole time my car was in the back he kept me informed as to how they were coming with it. They found the problem thank goodness it was minor but they were great. They even washed and vacuumed my car. The waiting room wait was good. Nice refreshments TV Wi-Fi so was not in a rush. I'd like to say thanks again Warren for your great customer service More

Slow is an understatement I have had my car for about 18 months and I have yet to have a smooth experience without stress and aggravation. I have stopped taking it to them for regular maintenance. Instead I take it to the Hyundai dealer where I took my Hyundai that I had for 10 years. Biggest mistake was not buying another Hyundai from them. Unfortunately for warranty work I have to take it to JT’s and my last visit reminded me why I don’t bring it there regularly anymore. More

Sales Sales Sales & Sales it what they focused on and I get that but now you have all those cars on the road & They need service. Things went from good to OMG 4 - 6 Weeks for an appt??/ They've now gotten better BUT...Your chances for getting them on the Phone are Slim to Almost Nil!!!! They other day I spent 18 minutes on hold after contacting the operator directly and their Voicemail box is always Full!!!! More
