Jacobe took the time to introduce me to other team members as well, which leads me to Bianca who was extremely helpful as I was trying to set up my Kia application on my phone (I am not the most tech-savvy person), but she patiently assisted throughout this process. She is very knowledgeable about the car and sat with me demonstrating all of the features offered with the vehicle. I was very impressed with the service I received there throughout the buying process and with the follow-up after the purchase. I am very picky by nature and when we first went to JT's Kia in search of a new vehicle we Terrell are definitely the dream team of car dealerships! I am very picky by nature and when we first went to JT's Kia in search of a new vehicle we ended up going through three different SUVs before choosing the 2023 Sportage. Jacobe took notice to our body language and behavior then presented the perfect vehicle. I was so impressed with our purchase that 2 days later I returned and purchased a second vehicle, a 2023 Sorento. Their customer service skills and keen observation resulted in a two-car family purchase. If I have anything negative to add, it would be that we purchased two new cars and did not receive at least one Yeti cooler as advertised. The commercial says "Get a new Yeti cooler with every new car purchase", not "only if you don't get any other discount or incentive. When I inquired about receiving one, it was explained to me that because we got a military discount and a couple of incentives a cooler could not be included. To me getting a discount or financial incentives are a part of making the deal, therefore that should not nullify the promise as advertised. It is not the cost of the cooler but the principle. Obviously if we can afford to purchase two vehicles, then we can afford a cooler. More
