Superior Customer Service & Attention to Customer's Requests I knew I was upside down on my old car, and my credit wasn't overly perfect. I wanted a new vehicle that I could trust for my day vacations with the k I knew I was upside down on my old car, and my credit wasn't overly perfect. I wanted a new vehicle that I could trust for my day vacations with the kids. I told them that I wanted a truck, but I needed my payments at a certain range. They were HONEST with me from the word go and told me that I couldn't do that. They told me that I was able to still get my choice on two different vehicles once I got there. They also gave me $1500 MORE than what I expected to get for my trade-in! My husband and I went without a whole lot of hopes. Within 30 minutes, we knew exactly what we could get WITH honest payment ranges between the vehicles they could get us in. Our salesperson was friendly, went the extra mile for my husband since he can't walk for long periods of time, and LISTENED to every detail about what we wanted. We were out of there within a reasonable amount of time as well. More
