Everything is great .... if your salesman is in the office. Had a great experience with getting my Oil change, tires rotated, and the other basic needs. But ! i was called and told my second key fob was ready for pickup. I get there, its "oh, your salesman isnt here", "lemme see if i can find someone to program your key fob". "oh, now i cant find your key fob". "Can you come back when your Salesman is here ?" ... sigh ... this is my second attempt at getting my key fob. no one wants to make special trips, ... thats why i asked about it on the PHONE and you said YES. but the real answer was ........... yes, IF .... your salesman is also here. 6 months later .... still need THAT salesman to get my key fob ?? sigh ..... still no key fob. More

Great service! When I come in I'm greeted by a service clerk. I normally leave my car and come back. They always give me a time my car will be ready and it's always ready by the time they tell me. We take our car to the service department for our oil changes and maintenance. These folks are always welcoming, kind, courteous, and true professionals. They offer a cozy waiting area with snacks,coffe changes and maintenance. These folks are always welcoming, kind, courteous, and true professionals. Service was not VIP or professional as advertised. I dropped my car off for service and was not notified when it was ready. I called and checked on my vehicle and was told it was ready hours prior.
