Sells Lemons Worst dealership! Sold my elderly parents a lemon and refuse to make it right. They haven't even had it 90 days and its been in the shop 3 times! The Worst dealership! Sold my elderly parents a lemon and refuse to make it right. They haven't even had it 90 days and its been in the shop 3 times! They are suppose to take it in again tomorrow for the 4th time. Kia has supposedly replaced the transmission twice (LOL) during 2 of these shop visits. And it was a "Certified" Kia used vehicle. What a joke. Not sure how my folks can get out of this lemon deal, if they even can. Don't let them fool you and take advantage of you too!!!! More

They definitely will do their all gettin you into a new vehicle but their salesmen’s need more experience and sold me a vehicle that was already had a small scratch and tried to make it seem like it wasn’t vehicle but their salesmen’s need more experience and sold me a vehicle that was already had a small scratch and tried to make it seem like it wasn’t a big of a deal and then offer to fix it offering me a free tank of gas but when I called I get no answer from the salesman or manager I referred someone who purchased a new vehicle as well and never received my $200 check they do not like to return your phone calls or keep the promises that they tell you and I’m thanksful that they could’ve put me into a new vehicle but they definitely have poor customer service skills and broken promises More
