Dealership was not truthful at all! Was told by Katherine Brandt I would be given $5k over appraisal on my trade. KBB list my trade between $11.5k and $12.9. Manager on duty at time said I could Katherine Brandt I would be given $5k over appraisal on my trade. KBB list my trade between $11.5k and $12.9. Manager on duty at time said I could not pay any attention to what Katherine said as she did not know. This was after he offered me the equivalent of $7-8k total for my car, leaving a balance of $19k+ due on the Kia with a total sticker value of approx $27k. Had previously dealt with dodge land at greystone and the acted like they wanted my business 3 years ago! More
