From the first visit, I was impressed with the staff and facilities. While the specific car was in transit meant I'd have to return when the car arrived did not make experience any less exceptional. Once facilities. While the specific car was in transit meant I'd have to return when the car arrived did not make experience any less exceptional. Once the car arrived, they had it ready for me before i arrived. The financing and paperwork part of the process was the easiest and best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was on my way in very short order. They continue to check in with me even weeks later. More
The whole experience was seamless. I was taken care of from the time I walked into the dealership until I was handed the keys. Thank you to the staff and my salesman, Antoine! Everyone at this location is very kind and for the most part I love my 2023 KIA Sportage that was purchased brand new last year. However, after describing an issue with the AWD/4WD warning light coming on part I love my 2023 KIA Sportage that was purchased brand new last year. However, after describing an issue with the AWD/4WD warning light coming on sporadically I was dismissed and told a problem wasn’t found and no explanation as to why it was happening. After leaving the service area the light continues to come on weeks after my service visit. More
I will start by saying my Advisor has been polite however outside of that my experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I bought my car new. I am the only owner and my car is still under warrant outside of that my experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I bought my car new. I am the only owner and my car is still under warranty. To have an AC issue in the first place is a little bizarre. I have been to the dealership at this point 4 times for the same exact issue with my AC, the blower motor is not blowing to be exact and the issue is still not resolved. 7/3/2023 I went into the dealership for an AC issue and got the vehicle back the same day and the air was blowing again. 8/8/2023 I went in for an AC issue. I knew my car would be there for a day and I asked about a loaner car and I was advised that they do not do that. I got the vehicle back 8/10/2023 and the air was blowing again. The AC went out over the weekend but it started to work by the time I took it back 8/15. I got the car back 8/17 and they told me they couldn’t fix the problem because the problem would not duplicate itself which I somewhat understood but I knew it would go out again just a matter of time. I take the vehicle back to the dealership 8/30 because the AC is not blowing and my car was kept overnight and I was not updated until I called 8/31 that it was the blower motor again. I was told I could come get my vehicle because the part would need to be ordered and my car would just sit there in the meantime. I asked about a loaner vehicle again and this time I was told that the waiting list was a month long and that my issue only takes about an hour to fix so a loaner vehicle would be at a cost to me. This is different from the first time I was told that they don’t do loaner vehicles at all. This time a pre-warranty authorization would need to be sent in order for the work to be done. The pre-warranty authorization was not sent until 9/5. After the pre-warranty authorization is approved THEN the part will be ordered and the car will be worked on. I will have to go the the dealership again for the 5th time in hopefully the very near future to get my AC fixed. This has been very inconvenient every time. I have to get off of work, I have a 1 year old with me. It’s hot. I have not been given something as simple as an apology. At first I’m just thinking it’s not their fault but it’s not my fault either. I do not feel like a priority or valued at all. More
