Regular maintenance visit. Multi point inspection. Tires were rotated.Car now shakes on interstate. I'm not sure what wasn't done correctly when the Tires were rotated but immediately driving off noticed a were rotated.Car now shakes on interstate. I'm not sure what wasn't done correctly when the Tires were rotated but immediately driving off noticed a shake when reaching 60 mph. I wasn't charged for the rotate and I see why. More
Went in for 30K service. Had scheduled vehicle to be picked up from home 3 weeks prior. Received call 1 day before scheduled service saying that they could not pick up and would have to reschedule. Upon arrival, was told it would take more time than they had originally told me. One concern I told them about was that the rear end sounded like bearings were going out. After "service" was told nothing could be be found to be wrong. The rear end sounds even worse after service than before. I don't think anything was done at all to the car. In fact, they did not even reset the "service due" readout. If this is what I am to expect from JT's Kia, I believe it is time to find someone else to take care of my vehicles. More

After purchase, unable to detail the car appropriately due to lack of staff. Sold car without wheel lock key and advised us to take it to another dealership to have them removed. Paid over $100 having the vehicle cleaned as it was filthy. Needless to say a little disappointed. More
