I bought a 2020 Telluride which has proven to be a lemon. Maintenance records show a mysterious fuel leak reported by the previous owner. Since JT's "couldn't replicate the leak smell" for a year and even af Maintenance records show a mysterious fuel leak reported by the previous owner. I usually don't talk bad about people but the service department is terrible. I just bought my suv recently and it's already having problems. So I took it into the service department and they held it all day first of all so I called about 4 pm that afternoon and the service advisor put me on hold for 20 minutes then he came back and said that they didn't get a chance to look at my suv. So the next day he called me and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it and a couple of days before it rained and the part by my sunroof was leaking . I am very disappointed in the customer service skills. So my suv is still not fixed. He told me to take pictures or record it. Unsatisfactory!! More

I didn't lije their services at all.. They had a mechanic work on my car that didn't have any experience at all.. He broke off a part on my car and glued it back with some type of glue.. Saying i needed to replace that part.. I took my car to my mechanic to fined out that was the problem.. i took my car for a power steering pump to be fixed and im still having problems with my steering.i will not advise anyone to go to JDs kia.. Bad business.. I spoke to the manager about getting reimbursed on my for paying my mechanic he said he was going to send my bill to my warranty company i have yet to hear anything else about my money returning to me for a refund.. Dealership sales staff and management were great, until I purchased the car... Initially I was told the car I wanted in a different color was there and available, but after driving two hours to the dealersh purchased the car... Initially I was told the car I wanted in a different color was there and available, but after driving two hours to the dealership after work, the car that was supposed to be there was 4 hours away at a dealership they are not associated with. After settling on a different color, the other problems began. I have left voicemails, my name and information with staff at the dealership, and still have not received calls back. It has been about two months since I purchased the car and I still do not have wheel locks (per signed contract) and the second key that they were supposed to send me a check for to get at a dealership closer to my residence. I had to contact Kia Corporate on two separate occasions to finally have the General Manager of the Columbia SC dealership do something about it. Kia's are reliable cars, but this dealership is not. I went in for my vehicle to be checked as the check engine light would flash periodically and my car would also start shaking. Both the light and the shaking were very sporadic so it was hard to say wh engine light would flash periodically and my car would also start shaking. Both the light and the shaking were very sporadic so it was hard to say when it started/stopped, etc. Long story short, I took my car there FOUR times!!! Needless to say they never resolved the issue. Yes...NEVER resolved the issue! I took my vehicle to a trusted maintenance shop and they fixed it immediately. JTs Kia charged me $500 worth of "guess" work and lost me as a customer. And because i feel this is worth noting....during the last visit I had to return and insist they replace my belt for free because during the last service the technician had it half way on the conveyor (or whatever you call it) and it was rubbing and therefore shredding against the engine!!! And i do have pictures of this mess. That had to be the most careless, slipshod work in history. Had I not had my family member check out my vehicle, I would've had to get a new belt thanks to them. I will never return, not even for an oil change. The worst incompetent technicians. More
