I purchased my 2nd pre -owned vehicle July 1st 2021. My first was March 29th 2019. Both were the Kia Soul, which I Love. Jacob Jones and TJ Corbin were my Salesmen. Brought my car in to check a tire they told me it will take a couple of hours so I requested a ride it took more than 35 minutes to get me a ride, came back at 5:15 service person told me that he had give take a couple of hours so I requested a ride it took more than 35 minutes to get me a ride, came back at 5:15 service person told me that he had given me a call to let me know that I need a new tire which I never received a call then he told me I will be a couple of minutes while they get it ready a other 20 mins wait to come back and tell me that the technician had left and locked my keys in his toolbox and there was no way to get access my car to change the tire so that left me without a car for another day. Issac told me that it was a bad day, he fired 2 managers and now this. I’m not happy with this dealership it gotten really bad service. More

My car has been in a shop longer than I have been able to drive it. Their preinspection is laughable and is not very thorough. They had my car for 5 weeks at two different dealerships and yet nobody seemed t drive it. Their preinspection is laughable and is not very thorough. I bought my car new in 2019, I was not informed that the car did not come with a spare tire. I found out when I had a blowout on July 3rd. If I was able to tow my car anywhere else I would’ve been able to get it repaired but since I spent so much time there with them getting nowhere everything else was closed by the time we decided to go somewhere else.No one seems to know why I wasn’t informed of no tire.
