I had an appointment for oil change and a recall at 8:30 am. Upon arrival was greeted promptly by Issac and we went over what was to be done oil change, tire rotation and recall and to check air conditionin am. Upon arrival was greeted promptly by Issac and we went over what was to be done oil change, tire rotation and recall and to check air conditioning operation. Over 3 hours later after waiting in waiting room I finally got my vehicle back. The recall wasn’t done do to not having part to complete. I was told part was ordered and that I would be notified when to schedule an appointment. that was on August 5th still haven’t heard anything. Issac told me that the mechanic couldn’t find anything wrong with the a/c. It’s still not operating properly I had to disable the automatic defroster mode to get cold air. It was blowing air out the defroster vents for a period of time then would blow cold air out the dash vents then go back to the defroster. Still needs to be fixed. Also the tires were never rotated as requested I had two new tires installed previously on the rear and they are still there after being told they were rotated. I’m very disappointed in this service visit I have had my car only serviced by JT since I purchased it new in 2015 and never had any issues before other than long wait times. I don’t know if this service was performed by a new mechanic or what. I still need the recall performed and the a/c fixed. More

The service department is the worst. I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm for brakes and at 3pm my car was still waiting in line to be service. No one ever came to speak with me about a back log or anythin scheduled for 1pm for brakes and at 3pm my car was still waiting in line to be service. No one ever came to speak with me about a back log or anything. I had to mention something to finally get the ball moving. My vehicle was finally taken back @ 315pm and it took 30mins to service my brakes. What a waste of time. Why schedule an appointment if you're vehicle isn't going to service at that specific time. More
