I had a great experience at JT’s Kia. My car broke down on interstate on my way to my daughter’s house for the Christmas holiday. I had it towed to the dealership and spoke to Mr Isaac. Mr Isaac was extrem on interstate on my way to my daughter’s house for the Christmas holiday. I had it towed to the dealership and spoke to Mr Isaac. Mr Isaac was extremely accommodating and professional. Because of my circumstance, he spoke to his boss and they put a rush on the job. I was still under the 100k warranty so Kia paid for the services. The service technician worked on my car as soon as the engine got there. I also had a good experience with the shuttle driver. He helped me get to my hotel and then back to the dealership. Overall, my experience was a great one and I would recommend JT’s Kia to anyone interested in buying or servicing a Kia. More

My experience with jts kia began with promising intentions and great salesmanship. I purchased a 2017 dodge durango and was promised 4 new tires and a touch up type paint job. Shortly after I purc intentions and great salesmanship. I purchased a 2017 dodge durango and was promised 4 new tires and a touch up type paint job. Shortly after I purchased the car covid began to get worse and the detailers at jt were no longer working. I had a baby by April and continued to ask about getting the tires I purchased along with the paint job. Everytime I called the phone would be transferred from one person to the next, until finally I spoke with someone who informed me the time limit had lapsed for me to be able to get the tires and paint job. Then came time for my first oil change. I got the oil change and was told I needed an alignment and new tires. I got the alignment (which wasn't covered by my extended warranty) and 3 months later when I returned for my next oil change I was informed I would need an alignment again. When I asked why so soon, they informed me an alignment should be done every month. I am not the smartest of all people, but I knew this wasn't true. A few months later my tire had a nail in it and the tire was replaced under the warranty. At the end of the service the mechanics had the spare tire thrown on top of everything in my trunk, and never returned the tire cap for my tire. I had to pay someone from tire kings to place the spare back underneath the vehicle because it was too heavy for me to do it and purchase a new tire cap. Finally I have been trying to get a valve leak fixed on my car since November 20th. I let my car sit at the jts for 2 days to get fixed, after waiting about a month for the appointment. The car sat there, no one worked on it, I paid for the service; then they had the nerve to attempt to work on it and send me back home in the vehicle after making it known that is wasn't safe to drive. I didn't get to see my family for the holidays and i wasted $507.00 on a rental. I have been called back to the dealership twice after they told me the part was there, and after waiting several hours both times, they informed me the part was on back order, and they don't have it. This place has the worst customer service. When they don't feel like talking to me they will just let the phone ring or pick up the phone then hang up immediately. I wish I could cancel my warranty with them and go somewhere else. There is a mechanic at jt's named Thomas. He went far and beyond to try and correct the mistakes of the people he works with, but unfortunately couldn't fix it. More
