Every time I need an oil change, my filter has to be ordered, which is okay. However, when I call in advance (like a day or two before my scheduled service), and ask them to please get the filter before ordered, which is okay. We just moved back to the Columbia area after five years away. The service attendant who checked us in was very helpful and I was treated well even though we bought our Kia in our former residence in Pennsy away.
