JTs Kia is the worse place to go to purchase a vehicle. Customer service is horrible and they don't help you. Kia cars are junk and they don't stand behind them. If you miss a recall they make you feel it' Customer service is horrible and they don't help you. Kia cars are junk and they don't stand behind them. If you miss a recall they make you feel it's your fault if the car starts to have issues. They want you to pay a pile of money for them to put the recall on the vehicle and if you don't they want help you. I advise everyone to look online at the recalls because the cars are not worth the money you pay. If you have paid off your vehicle they act like they can't do anything for you. Don't go to JTs Kia and don't buy a Kia at all they are just Junk! More

My experience has been less than stellar. I took my vehicle for one thing and the problems or issues were never resolved. The problem is ongoing and has yet to be rectified. The issues have been going for months now and I can't get satisfaction or ample communication. It has truly been one of the worse experiences ever. It appears that the staff do not care about customer service at all. Very disappointed. More
The dealer I worked with was at first, a friendly younger sales lady named Shaniya. She welcomed us as we walked up to the building and asked what she could do for us. I explained I had need for a car and I was hoping to look at Kia Fortes. However there was someone else I had been talking to before and was hoping to work with him. However after a trip to the front desk and a phone call later the guy who I was planning to see was “out of the office”. So Shaniya lead us out to see the cars. It was immediately obvious that Shaniya did not know the car or the features the car had at all. She told me it had things it didn’t have and said it didn’t have things it did have in terms of features. So we took the car out for a test drive and everything seems okay we come back and start talking number inside. She brings back a number that is several thousand dollars above the number on the car window. Which I very quickly pointed out. She took the paper away and said it was a mix up, but it felt Very unprofessional. The paper she comes back with, still shows a price several thousand over what the car is marked on the lot which is already marked thousands over MSRP. So her and I spend a lot of time talking prices. Eventually I agree to a credit check. At this point is very obvious she is sick of dealing with us and she had a bad attitude change. The credit check come back fine and she wants me to sign things. To which I say no, now that you know my credit is good let’s talk real numbers. We talk about other discounts go back and forth for many offers until she get so sick of us she called over the sales manager, Michael Cato, who was a nice enough guy but started telling me a price HIGHER then what Shaniya and I were at. They didn’t honor any of the online coupons I had gotten directly from there website. The process was very long and tiresome. I had reservations about Jt’s Kia before this trip when my old Kia still under warranty needed service and it took service 4 months to get me in for a broken key fob which took them 4 hours to figure out it was just defective when they said it wouldn’t take long. For the new car purchase the paperwork guy was very nice and believe it or not that was the smoothest part of the entire visit. But the story isn’t over. When I was about to leave Shaniya was extremely adamant practically begging for me to leave her a good review telling me to text her if she can do anything at all to help saying that she really needed a good review, which she clearly didn’t deserve. The brand new Kia when it gets hot out, the car CONSTANTLY disconnects my phone from apple car play. Trying to listen to music, too bad. Trying to listen to a book, too bad. Trying to use navigation and not miss your exit, too bad. Trying to get an appointment to have it looked at? It will be at least a month. ITS A BRAND NEW CAR. They won’t see me for a month even though I just gave them thousands over MSRP for a car that isn’t working properly. It was and continues to be a very unpleasant experience. If I had any other mode of transportation I would have walked out that day and not bought the Kia Forte. More
I normally have a good experience but not this time! ! Went in to get a new tire and was told it was in stock. Waited until they were about too close to tell me they were not able to get the tire and it ! Went in to get a new tire and was told it was in stock. Waited until they were about too close to tell me they were not able to get the tire and it would be delivered in the morning. Got there in the morning to no new tire, car keys missing and no one was aware my car is there. Me and my husband was told two different stories and not one manger in site to resolve the issue. Happen 6/8 More
I’ve been very pleased with the service from JTs as I’ve been a customer since 2014. Sometime wait is longer than expected but come prepared. Accommodations such as restrooms, snacks, water and other drinks are available. Come with patience, something to entertain yourself, take a nap while , your vehicle gets a wash also Be happy! More
