Thanks, I called twice and was told you were too busy to take the call. I don't think you can do anything about it now anyway. We had to buy two "optional" items totaling $1000 that we didn't want. Including the ELOS GPS tracking and UVO. The salesman said he'd try to get them off and then the manager told us they were preinstalled and we had to pay for them. It''s a feature that I actively DON"T want, not just one that I didn't want to pay for.

I wouldn’t use the word “ aggravating”. I was nervous, terrified, concerned and angry. This vehicle or any vehicle is not cheap in this current market and to be so careless as to not ensure my filter and pieces were properly attached before possibly blowing my motor and ruining my car, bc the car didn’t have any oil.
