This is my 3rd Kia from JT’s Kia (off Killian Rd location). Bobby G ONCE AGAIN knew my wants and needs then put me in a vehicle within my budget! A tad busy when we were there and a little slow. But the only real problem was the preloaded inclusion of so-called optional items that we had to pay for and did not want. These include many things that push you towards subscriptions etc. They are deceptively listed on the paperwork as options but we were told there was no choice in the matter that they had already been installed. We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership. Let me start by saying the only reason this review was not a 1 star is only because of the manager in the service department calling me the next day and taking full responsibility and apologizing for the not a 1 star is only because of the manager in the service department calling me the next day and taking full responsibility and apologizing for the inconvenience and terror this experience caused me. I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage in march 2022. I took the vehicle for its first service appointment in June 2022. I waited there for more than 6 hours. I was ok with the wait bc I’m a patient person and they took me to grab lunch and again was friendly. During my service i made the person aware of the crackling noise as i drive and have to crack the window to stop it. He told me that it was the Sun shield/ guard too big and the only fox is to remove them. Well i didn’t want to remove them and take away from the truck appeal , so i told him to leave them on. During that conversation he said the truck had a recall and they had to go to lowes and grab electrical tap. Again that is fine let’s get it all taken care of while I’m here. Was told that the services were completed and that i didn’t owe anything for the first service. I was amazed at that customer satisfaction gesture. And gathered my paperwork and left. I left and went to the store up the road and when i got back in my maintenance light / notification was not updated. Again it happens no big i will come back to get it updated. Well i left work, and picked my kids up from school parked in my driveway and as i was unlocking the front door oil was all in my driveway. And my truck was empty. Now i was extremely upset and disappointed bc i was new to the Kia family and was in love with my truck. And the store manager made the comment “well the service was free” i was sooooo disappointed that no one was taking ownership that they could have blown my engine. And honestly could have already caused damage to my vehicle. When i got my vehicle back they tried to get me to sign a paper that said it was a malfunction and the store manager again was like I have been here since it opened. I am going to be here if anything go wrong with your vehicle you bring it back and it is covered under warranty anyway. I did not sign anything because that was not what happened. And my truck HAS NOT DRIVEN THE SAME SINCE. ITS LOUD AND NOT THE SAME. I HATE I EVER PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE FROM THAT DEALERSHIP. The only person that apologized was the service department manager. He apologized, took ownership, had the oil pressure washed out my drive way. But this was the worst experience i have ever had and am so nervous to return back to this dealership. This was going to be a no star but i give credit for the genuine manager that called me 24 hours later to try and right the wrong. More
My vehicle has been sitting at JT Kia for the past 14 days UNTOUCHED. No one from JT Kia seems to be concerned or willing to communicate. I explained to the advisor that my vehicle is my sole means of transportation, I live an hour away, and my mother just had surgery so she couldn't drive to JT KIA to pick me up after being towed to the dealership. No one cared! I asked about loaner vehicles several time, each time I was told there weren't any and I would have to rent one at my own expense. More
