Staff is always very polite when I arrive, while my vehicle is being serviced and during check out. Car is always cleaned and washed when I receive my car back. Took my car in for its first oil change and software update, everything seems fine since, and my car was returned to me clean so no evidence of having anyone working on it which I like. The only small complaint I have is that I was told the service would take maybe 2 hours so I came at 7:30 am, (the earliest available) and the service actually ended up taking over 3 hours. If I had realized it was going to actually take that long then I would have arranged to leave and come back. Since I live 30 minutes away from the location it made sense to stay when there was a chance with the early morning appointment that I wouldn't be staying long, but if I had known it would be over 3 hours, I would have gone and come back. More

The experience has be horrible. 2 weeks after purchasing my car the key stopped working. had to have the car towed to the dealership for them to keep my care for 7 days because they 2 weeks after purchasing my car the key stopped working. had to have the car towed to the dealership for them to keep my care for 7 days because they didnt have a key on site. Got my car back to find out now the trunk does not work any more with the key or from the inside. Took it back the next day to find out no one could help me and I need to come back during the week. dealt with my car in a timely manner! i had originally had my new car towed to Galeana Kia because it was making weird noises and they never even looked at it!
