Was very fast and efficiant with my oil change. I needed a new rear wiper and they had none in stock. My service advisor saw that a shipment of items came in and he went through and found the wip I needed a new rear wiper and they had none in stock. My husband and I were so pleased with our 2016 Sportage which we leased for three years and then decided to purchase, we decided to return to the same Northeast dealer to purchase a new 2022 Sorento. We based our decision on the service provided by the Kia dealership over six years and the lack of any mechanical issues during that period. The only improvement we might suggest would be to provide a new owner's orientation for older customers like ourselves who are not as tech savvy as younger customers. Reading the owner's manual provides information, but it is not as beneficial as a dedicated "hands on" demonstration longer than the current 15-20 minutes provided by the sales person. We shopped around at many dealers . We had it narrowed it down 2 vehicles. We went back to Jts because the salesperson (Bianca) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service was wonderful between Johnathon and the young lady at the service desk was awesome. This is the second time we’ve bought a car from here and it’s terrible STILL. They changed the battery and said it should run fine. As soon as we got the car back, the next day the battery light came RIGHT BACK ON! We don’t pay $300 biweekly to not have a great running car.
