We had a great experience working with Jamar. I was waiting for the gray Kia Forte to come in, but Jamar called and said a red one came in instead. I had a deal from another dealership approximately 3. 5 hrs away. I had no problem with driving the distance. However, I have dealt with another JT dealership years ago and enjoyed my experience. I was told they would match the deal the other dealer offered wasn’t even close. Not only didn’t they match the offer but they downgraded the car I purchased. I wasted my entire day there. When I was trying to hurry out of there I was told to by the car dealer that my other key was in the envelope and they handed me a valet key. Then told me to make sure I download the app so I can unlock and start my car from my phone. I tried all that Sunday to get the app to work. I opened the other envelope looking for a key fob to find out it was another valet key. I contacted the dealer on Monday he was mistaken and it didn’t have the app access then he said he would check into getting a fob he came back with he couldn’t do that then said he would speak to the general manager about putting me in the next car up which I would have gotten from the other dealership for less. Then he ghost me about it all. I am absolutely unhappy. It’s not safe for women to not have automatic access to unlock their cars. I am never going back there and never recommending them to anyone. More
