Salesman was a pleasure to deal with . After agreeing on a price , they found a Gladiator that had the package I wanted. They picked it up from another dealer a couple days later . I brought a cashier’s check(required by them) for $20,000. down payment. Their finance man says he contacted the 3 most aggressive banks to get the best interest rate , and being far too trusting , I agreed to the terms. Now I might mention, I have an excellent credit score, so I was shocked at the 4.84 % interest rate . Long story short , I mentioned it to my banker , and he was blown away by this underhanded financing. His auto loan rate was 2.13% . Needless to say, I refinanced with him . JTs may be a fine dealership to do business with, but stay a mile away from their finance manager! More

Friendly and helpful, although the computer system/software is a bit slow both visits there I had to have my address changed from my old in Massachusetts to SC.
