My name is Joel Price and I have a 2018 pro master city that has an oil leak and speakers not working on right side. I took it in Wednesday for diagnosing and was dealing with Jennifer Morris. She said I would have to leave it until next week and it’s 200.00 for the diagnostic. The van is out of warranty year wise but not mileage wise but she said there’s a recall on something to with the oil pump. I told her that I’m disabled on a fixed income and have stage 5 kidney failure and on dialysis 3 days a week and I need my van to go to dialysis at 5:30 in the morning. She was extremely accommodating and understanding about my situation. It’s rare this day to find people who actually have some sense and will take the time to go that extra mile to help you. She suggested we try on a Saturday after my treatment and see if they can fix it then but if warranty or recall doesn’t cover it then I’m screwed because I can’t afford out of pocket. But whoever is over that store needs to take care of Jennifer because she gets it. I don’t like people who are short with you and act like you’re bothering them but she cares and I can read people pretty well and I could tell she really wanted to help me. You have an excellent employee there who knows how to treat people. More
I serviced my truck at another dealership and had a horrible experience. JT’s Dodgeland was my next stop. We had a great experience and that’s now my service dealership. I always get a ride to work and back from their shuttle while my truck is getting worked on. I could not be happier with this dealership. More
Over the past ten years, I have purchased 8 vehicles from JT" Chrysler Jeep. I have always been treated like family and even after the purchase, the sales people are glad to see me. Very disappointed with how the service department is operating these days. I made an appointment 3+ weeks out due to the limited availability, only to find out mid day the day of the appointment that my operating these days. I made an appointment 3+ weeks out due to the limited availability, only to find out mid day the day of the appointment that my truck had not even been looked at in the shop. I was told ...well appointments are good but they don't mean anything. Spoke with the service manager that evening once having to plead and beg to speak with someone. He assured me my truck would be looked at by the first available tech that was able to work on my truck the next day, no concern for how I was going to get to work or consideration...just told we will get to it tomorrow and that I would get a follow up call with details. Next day I was called at 8ish then within 20 mibs later I was told it was fixed... just needed a simple software update that they had been seeing a lot if these days. Just a poor operation and lack of reasonable customer service. More

I was actually talked to with such an attitude, I had to remind myself that they didn't give me my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for free. It appears that some people whose job is to provide great customer service, has forgotten the reason they took the job or are employeed there. The attitude given by the employee was unnecessary and undeserved. They love to ask for 5 stars without given 5 star service. They tell you if you are going to rate less than 5 stars to let them know so they can fix the issue before leaving the less than 5 star rating. My things is....just do your job from the beginning. My vehicle is still making the noise I brought it into Jeep to have them correct. They kept my car for for about a week without communicating to me how long they anticipated keeping it, they did not update me of anything without my initiating the conversation/calling them, the didn't return calls when I called and left msgs to be called back, they didn't offer a loaner car, and they talked to me with an attitude as if my calling to inquire about my Jeep was aggravating them. I was speaking to a female service employee, when she put me on hold, then a gentleman answered the phone. How rude and disrespectful was that to be transferred and not know it. How aggravating is that to have to explain everything all over again to a different employee after being rudely transferred. I would not recommend this facility. This location is great when the service reps assisting you is having as good day and they are doing basic upkeep such as oil changes. I am so upset with the way I was treated at my last service visit. It is almost unbelievable. Try the jeep dealership on Greystone. Noone paying for any vehicle should be treated as if the vehicle was given to you. Unacceptable More
I am an unhappy customer. The issues with my car have not been fixed! No one seems to listen or even care about the emotional stress this issue is causing me. I am basically paying for a car I do not want anymore! Jennifer is great and the staff there are nice, friendly and helpful but I am not happy. I have to bring my car back to the service for them to look into an issue that should have been resolved the first time and on top of that find a way to get to work when I leave my car. I have never been offered a loaner car, only a shuttle ride home! More
Told me they couldn't do walk-ins past 11:00am, and that they may get to it today if not early tomorrow.
