Well over all everything worked out ok. I purchased a 2017 dodge journey with 91 +thousand miles on it. It's a nice car. It was sold to me without a jack but Mr. Mack made sure I got one. I could tell a female had the car sticky stuff on steering wheel just not cleaned like it should have been. If I didn't have my guy on the phone to negotiate I would have probably be paying wayyyyyyy more money. I believe if I say no I don't want something that should be the end of it. I wouldn't purchase from there again but I wouldn't tell anyone not to. That was just my experience theirs maybe different. More
We were told certain dealer features were added to every vehicle that drove the price up $2000, non-negotiable. Took 4 tries to get the dmv the info to get our registration transferred. Hoping the car isn't a lemon. And hoping no other mistakes were made on other paperwork. Worst vehicle buying experience for us. More
Terrible service! I took my truck in for new fuel pump, they told me it would take 2-3 days. I didn't hear back from them for a week. When they finally called me they I took my truck in for new fuel pump, they told me it would take 2-3 days. I didn't hear back from them for a week. When they finally called me they said it would be another week before the part would arrive and then they would try and get it fixed. I decided to have my truck towed to a new shop that can fix it the next day. When I arrived to pay the diagnostic fee (you can't pay over the phone supposedly) I was told that the part would actually be here tomorrow and they would get someone to fix my truck the next day. I AM SO SICK of the games they played with me and the constant lies I have been told. The service advisor I was with wouldn't answer or return calls but would email me... I have saved all my emails from him. Every email is basically a lie coming from this place. I would love to share the emails if anyone would like to see them. I am now $500 in the hole for rental car fees and then on top of that I had to pay $202 for a diagnostic fee! The fuel pump they quoted me for was over $1300 at dodge and the place I am taking my truck to now is only $1k. I will never ever be back here or recommend this place to anyone I know. I wasted so much money and time at this place the last few weeks! More

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler this month. There was an issue with the rear glass on my vehicle. Instead of leaving me to fix this situation, the dealership tried 5 different times to correc There was an issue with the rear glass on my vehicle. Instead of leaving me to fix this situation, the dealership tried 5 different times to correct this situation. The decision was made to correct this problem, and that was to replace the entire hard top on my Wrangler. This as done at no cost to me. I was stunned at this type of service.
