Disappointed the say the least . I've had my car approximately 19 days. The first week a low pressure light came on for My drivers side back tire. I put air in it and noticed none of my tires had a cap on the stem. Bought them. No biggie. Next day, tire low again. I took it to acura only to be told that the previous owner had been mad aware of some repairs that needed to be done AND all 4 tires had worn edges and needed to be replaced. Also stated that front struts are blown and leaking fluid. Bushings torn on front lower arms as well as ita time to change the timing belt .I immediately took the car back to jts only to have Don, the service manager tell me that there is nothing wrong with the tires Nor the car. They put it up on racks and didn't see any oil!!!! They plugged my tire and thought they were doing me a favor and said NO CHARGE!!! SO WHAT IS A GIRL TO DO? paid 20,000 dollars for a car and the lug nits don't even match!!!! I got one SPECIALIST telling me the car is UNSAFE to drive and then the people who sold it to me, saying there's nothing wrong with it!!! Don't know what to do!! More

Already wrote this review one time, but never heard back. I keep getting e-mails asking me to review, so here it goes again. Brought truck in for a recall, scheduled the appointment a week in advance. Somehow, the parts weren't there yet, which I was told about a few hours later. Left vehicle overnight and was told parts would be in by 7am. As of noon, my truck still had not been touched, even though it was supposed to be done the day before. When I finally get my truck at 2pm, there are grease stains all over my headliner that I STILL cannot get rid of. Service advisor was nice, but the service was absolutely terrible. More

Unprofessional! We were told the banks were closed and they needed to get back with us in the morning. We were there past 8pm so we believed them. He just wouldn't answer basic questions, and seemed annoyed. They are only after the sale and don't care to be courteous if they feel it's not going their way. I'm ok with not getting the vehicle, that happens, but they should have been upfront and followed through instead of lying to us and then avoiding us. Very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Two thumbs way down! More

Bought the warranty for this used van. I had to bring it back within 2 weeks of purchase. The issue was the brake calipers, the mechanic said there was rust causing the warranty to be deni I had to bring it back within 2 weeks of purchase. The issue was the brake calipers, the mechanic said there was rust causing the warranty to be denied. They wanted to charge me $2000.00 to replace front calipers, hoses, pads, and rotors. TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS!! I had someone I actually trust replace these parts and guess what? No rust anywhere that would cause the failure that occurred. Yes, I have pictures. Since I bought this vehicle I have replaced parts listed above, rear brake pads and rotors, all 4 tires, alternator, and today the battery. There is still something wrong and back to the shop it goes tomorrow. Bought on 2/3/2023, writing this on 3/20/2023. I thought buying from a dealer was going to get me decent vehicle that I could depend on. This is the worse purchase of my 49 years. Thankfully, I didn’t trade in my old van because I’ve driven it more in this time than the new one. The service writer Antwan was so nice, he really tried to help me. He is too good a person to work for this company. More
