Exceptional Service from beginning to end. From my experience on the phone to my arrival at JT's customer service was exceptional. Wade was wonderful. He greeted us at the door and listened to what we wanted. After being escorted to his office we sat down completed an application, and credit paperwork. Wade was kind, thoughtful, and caring, and he did his best to accommodate us. He showed us the Jeep that was of interest , and then allowed us to test drive it. It was great. JT's not only serviced, cleaned, checked out the car, and the tires, but they made the paperwork process painless, and timely. I highly recommend them. More

That was just unfair to us. Our interested rate is too high, but we are dealing with it. I feel that we could have gotten a better deal. We did not get what we asked for, and we even asked for a hitch to be included, since we just purchased and had one installed in the vehicle that we traded in. Again I will say Don was a great sales person, but the dealership will not see our business again. we were told we would have a hitch on our jeep 3 weeks ago, with us having to pay for it, and it still has not been done. We are getting married on April 26, 2014 and we really needed it by then. So, we will not be purchasing from this dealership ever again. We will not be recommending anyone there either. Lloyd was very very helpful on everything. The only horrible thing is that a family member bought a jeep from them as well and they didn't give him a car fax report. Come to find out the car has been crashed and they didn't replace the radiator or a.c. condenser . Well its been 2 months and he is still waiting on a fender liner . The finance manager sucks as well I ended up paying 3000 down after they said I was approved after they sent my credit to almost every bank in the world. Then they went with the very first bank . The reason I rated the service a 3 is due to the lack of professionalism that I experience, not only this time but each and every time I come in. The service writers do not look up your history in the syste professionalism that I experience, not only this time but each and every time I come in. The service writers do not look up your history in the system and this can become frustrating because they want to charge your for services that are supposed to be free. I was not the only customer waiting that experienced this, and this is unprofessional. Some of the service writers are great, but others have a lot to be desired. More
My family and recently purchased a dodge caravan and we had a budget and Kurt helped us to stay with in that budget. I don't like when u go to a dealership and they seem like they are pushing you into buyi had a budget and Kurt helped us to stay with in that budget. I set up an appointment online to veiw a Dodge Durango, upon arriving I met Isacc very fiendly we sat down & he asked me what are the three most important things to me in the vehicle the first thing out of upon arriving I met Isacc very fiendly we sat down & he asked me what are the three most important things to me in the vehicle the first thing out of my mouth was a v-6 engine I do not want a v-8, the leather and sun roof, he thought a minute & said let me go grab the keys & we took a test drive He proceeded to show me all the features of the vehicle. I have purchased many new vehicles in the past and got what I was asking for, I really like the way the vehicle drove & the comfort and alot of the features, so we sat down & talked pricing. Needless to say I actually bought a vehicle without lifting the hood to noticed that there is a v-8 Hemi in the vehicle I purchased! Not happy! I would recommend the dealership but stay away from Isacc he claims to be an honest person & even told me this, but he is not I guess the laugh is on me but a lesson well learned don't trust a salesman, and that's really bad! After finding some choices via the internet and making an appointment the same way, I was contacted by two different employees before I arrived the next day. Seemed like the vehicles would be ready to be see appointment the same way, I was contacted by two different employees before I arrived the next day. Seemed like the vehicles would be ready to be seen and driven. They were not! I was hurried to a different vehicle, which was not to my liking. Next my credit was run for this vehicle I didn't want. Next, I was given a monthly payment amount but never any specific terms of an agreement. I had to tell the salesman, Robbie, it was not the vehicle I came to see nor did I need to see numbers on this other vehicle. He says they don't have it. So why was it advertised and confirmed by an employee less than 24 hours previous? Why did they say I could see it if they didn't even have it? To top it all off, upon leaving, a long while later, I'm shown another vehicle. Still not the right one and even less likable. After telling R. I didn't like it he said, "Well I can't sell you something you don't like" then he got out out and walked back inside without another word just leaving me there sitting in their vehicle in front of the dealership! Courteous? No! Considerate? No! Kind? No! Pushy? Yes! Aggressive? Yes! I was never even given a choice of similar vehicles to choose from. Really bad business practices. It seemed like just another day at the office for old Robbie. More
