JT's replaced the transmission with a Mopar remanufactured unit at a reasonable price. All work was done on time and the unit has a 3 year, 100,000 mile warantee good at any Chrysler/Jeep dealer. They did a great job. My service advisor, Gina, kept me up tp date and the process moving, and the tech, Terry explained in detail what was done and why. More

However, dealing with service managers and the cashiers in the service department is terrible. They have attitudes and I've had to set the cashier straight a few times about being rude. Service managers are hard pressed to return calls. Not very impressed and the service department will be the reason I do elsewhere in the future after buying 2 cars from them within a month. service departments treats customers like trash. I can tell JT the owner doesn't use secret shoppers to fix these issues. More

The service and staff is where the money is at. 2 weeks after my purchase i noticed 2 dents in my hood under the wind deflector. I called about it and was surprised at the fact that they would fix it at no charge. I brought it in... I was taken to and from work, in time, and it was fixed.... ready to go and detailed was again. I will be buying my next Jeep there. More
