Installation of dealer added options We recently had mud flaps installed on our new Grand Cherokee. The installation took longer than I expected but the service department was very busy We recently had mud flaps installed on our new Grand Cherokee. The installation took longer than I expected but the service department was very busy and the service manager kept me in formed of the progress. Two weeks later, I noticed one of the flaps was loose. I called the dealer service department and was scheduled an appointment for the next day! Jeanna, the service e manager handled my problem this time. A side note here, Jeanna has been the manager to go to for as long as I have used JTs and their predecessors for service (approximately 10 years). You can count on her to get things right the first time! I was assigned a "specialist" and mechanic that handles the tough jobs! He repaired our vehicle quickly and showed me the results to make sure I was happy with the repair. Todd has been our sales person to go to. He is well informed on all the various details of the models, knows his inventory and spent almost an entire day helping us select the Grand Cherokee. We drove every Jeep model first before selecting the Grand Cherokee. I prefer it to our Mercedes GLK!! We have owned Jeep Liberties, Ram 1500's and Cherokees. Never had a serious problem. Do not know why Consumers Reports never rates them very good. Keep up the good work Jeanna and Todd. More
Friendly Sales Person I was in need of a new car, and relatively soon. I have not had to purchase a new vehicle (or deal with a sales person) since 2001, and I must say I I was in need of a new car, and relatively soon. I have not had to purchase a new vehicle (or deal with a sales person) since 2001, and I must say I was dreading it. Richard was just perfect. He made what can oftentimes be a stressful and difficult situation relatively easy. I am very happy with my purchase, and very happy with Richard. The rest of the staff I met seem really friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Great Experience!!! I have a 2012 Ram 1500. Called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, got an appointment for 8:45 the next morning. Took the truck in that night I have a 2012 Ram 1500. Called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation, got an appointment for 8:45 the next morning. Took the truck in that night because I was in the area. Went to a restaurant to eat and got a phone call before I was done eating letting me know my truck was ready. So, not only did they take care of me the night before my appointment, it was done within the hour. That's what I call service. Thanks JT's. More
Love Service Department, Sales nice, upset about Jeep We have brought our Jeep in 5 times for the same problem. It does not do it all the time, but it shifts very hard at times. I have a bad back, and it actually hurts me when it does. All we have been told is that several customers have the same problem. We were told there are several updates and we get updated all the time. We never get a call or Email stating we need one, which is very unfair. We are not please with the jeep, especially when we are told it has a Fiat transmission... Really?!! More
