Sales Experience I had decided to purchase a jeep and wanted to keep it local , I'm a born and raised Lexington Gal, I decided to go to JT'S in Lexington due to a prom I had decided to purchase a jeep and wanted to keep it local , I'm a born and raised Lexington Gal, I decided to go to JT'S in Lexington due to a promotion they were having with some hesitation after two weeks previous, I went to another local dealer GM to look at the SUV'S and had a terrible experience from the salesman to finance department it seemed they could care less if they sold a vehicle so I left. When I arrived at JT'S I was approached by William and he asked if he could help me, I told him what I'm looking for and what my payment need to be . He said got the perfect Jeep Patriot Limited edition that literally just came off the truck , I was looking for a different color and wanted leather, sunroof , electric seats and that's what he drove around 'Mystique Crystal Gray" loved it already with tinted windows. We sat and talked got an offer on my trade and was giver $2,000 cash bonus from Jeep. James the finance manager was awesome he was very busy and at the same time made you feel important about your purchase . I was always checked on by other salesman , managers and my salesman all through the process . No pressure no craziness just a great sale. William has called me a few times since the sale checking to see if all is well with the jeep and to call if I need him or have questions. I've not used the service department as of yet, hoping for a good experience there also. Kudos to the JT'S sales team and managers , other dealerships can learn from these guys. More

No Ethics They used the ¨bait and switch¨ sales technique on me. They charged me $2,000 more than we had agreed upon. I stupidly signed all the paperwork believing 100% they would apply the numbers we had discussed. WRONG!!! Be careful what you sign or they will take advantage of your vulnarability like they did with me....a 60-year old retired woman who they saw alone so they slammed me..... What a horrific experience, I can´t even sleep at night remembering how these people took advantage and how stupid I was for signing the papers believing in their integrity. I really don´t understand how people can be so deceiving. Makes me very sad and disgusted. More

Installation of dealer added options We recently had mud flaps installed on our new Grand Cherokee. The installation took longer than I expected but the service department was very busy We recently had mud flaps installed on our new Grand Cherokee. The installation took longer than I expected but the service department was very busy and the service manager kept me in formed of the progress. Two weeks later, I noticed one of the flaps was loose. I called the dealer service department and was scheduled an appointment for the next day! Jeanna, the service e manager handled my problem this time. A side note here, Jeanna has been the manager to go to for as long as I have used JTs and their predecessors for service (approximately 10 years). You can count on her to get things right the first time! I was assigned a "specialist" and mechanic that handles the tough jobs! He repaired our vehicle quickly and showed me the results to make sure I was happy with the repair. Todd has been our sales person to go to. He is well informed on all the various details of the models, knows his inventory and spent almost an entire day helping us select the Grand Cherokee. We drove every Jeep model first before selecting the Grand Cherokee. I prefer it to our Mercedes GLK!! We have owned Jeep Liberties, Ram 1500's and Cherokees. Never had a serious problem. Do not know why Consumers Reports never rates them very good. Keep up the good work Jeanna and Todd. More
