I went to the JTs about 3 weeks ago to get my oil changed. When i got there I was greeted with the proper greetings. I went through got my oil changed everything was good up until the point of paymen changed. When i got there I was greeted with the proper greetings. I informed the lady behind the desk that I had a free oil change, because I had previously purchased them from another OFFICIAL Dodge dealership. She went to her computer and said that I didn't have any free oil changes, so I said "hold on, let me call them". During the time I was sitting in the watining area my phone had gotten drastically low. I went to the front of the lobby where I found a lady working the desk and I asked her if she had a charger, but she didn't, however shej found me a charger so I could at least have my phone 1%. When i arrived at this man's desk he jlet me use his charger and then the dealership I had bought the oil changes at called me back, so I thanked him and went back to this ladies desk. She was very rude to me and I disliked this a lot. I told her that my phone was low so she needs to get the number that I called so she could call them herself. She didn't. Luckily, my phone survived throughout the call and my oil change was free. All in all this whole experience gets a 3/5 only because of the lady in the front of JTs helping me find a charger. You should give her a raise! If it wasn't for her I would give you a 1/5. More

Disappointed the say the least . I've had my car approximately 19 days. The first week a low pressure light came on for My drivers side back tire. I put air in it and noticed none of I've had my car approximately 19 days. The first week a low pressure light came on for My drivers side back tire. I put air in it and noticed none of my tires had a cap on the stem. Bought them. No biggie. Next day, tire low again. I took it to acura only to be told that the previous owner had been mad aware of some repairs that needed to be done AND all 4 tires had worn edges and needed to be replaced. Also stated that front struts are blown and leaking fluid. Bushings torn on front lower arms as well as ita time to change the timing belt .I immediately took the car back to jts only to have Don, the service manager tell me that there is nothing wrong with the tires Nor the car. They put it up on racks and didn't see any oil!!!! They plugged my tire and thought they were doing me a favor and said NO CHARGE!!! SO WHAT IS A GIRL TO DO? paid 20,000 dollars for a car and the lug nits don't even match!!!! I got one SPECIALIST telling me the car is UNSAFE to drive and then the people who sold it to me, saying there's nothing wrong with it!!! Don't know what to do!! More
