Make sure your rep knows his job! I called to make a service appoitment. The rep I talked to gave me an appoitment for six days later at 10:30 AM. I arrived at the dealership at my ap I called to make a service appoitment. The rep I talked to gave me an appoitment for six days later at 10:30 AM. I arrived at the dealership at my appointed time and was told by the same rep that they would get right on it. Well the car sat in line for an hour with nothing done and I asked the rep what was going on since the service needed was just making sure some loose bolts from previous work were secure. He said that they would get right on it. 30 minutes later (i.5 hours after my assigned appointment, my car had not moved. I asked about transportation home and pick up the car after lunch. He said ok and would cazll when it was ready. No call. I called the next morning and was told by a new rep that he had taken over my car service and it would be ready by the time I got to the dealership. They sent a car to pick me up and when I got there, the car was ready and I was told that the original rep was new and that wass the reason why it took 24 hours to tighten two bolts. Let me say, the work was great and all other people except the original rep were very knew what they were doing and helpful. I still rate this service department as excellent but I do suggest that they improve their customer rep training More

He was patient, despite a heavy customer load and an event going on at the store, and did not rush me. He walked carefully through each of my options, addressed each of my concerns, and did all of it as thoroughly as possible in order to make sure I got the best deal for my price range AND the Jeep I wanted. He was even willing to work with limitations I had on what I could put down that day, and worked it into my lease contract. Basically everything he did was to accommodate me the best and most cost effective way possible and that's the kind of service that creates loyal customers who keep coming back. Because of Rhett's service I plan to rent/lease/buy from you guys again when this lease is up, and am looking forward to it! Thank you Rhett, and JT Chrysler. More
