The girl that checks you out after service is done (Gina's daughter) has horrible manners. She actually said she was having a brain fart the last time I was there waiting for my vehicle. The room was full of customers and we all heard. I told her that language was unacceptable. She is always rude. I cannot believe JT would have such an employee. More
TV add not in-dealership sales Arrived for an appointment at 10:30 am on 5/9/16; looking to buy a new dodge as the commercials advertised for new chargers at a reduced price of 19,9 Arrived for an appointment at 10:30 am on 5/9/16; looking to buy a new dodge as the commercials advertised for new chargers at a reduced price of 19,990. Our assigned sales associate was Joshua Stowe; he stated that the chargers at that advertised price had been sold on 5/7/2016. 1) When running my credit I specifically stated to Josh that I did not want my credit ran SEVERAL times , he responding with understanding. 2) my son was eating , and Syndney (JTs dog) jumped up and bit my son on his hand, did not hurt him however Josh stated it was normal. 3) waiting for HOURS with josh stating he had someone working on the sales with lenders it was always someone else who had the paperwork and we were at the bottom of the line. We left at 4:15 with no car, so no , JT does not fight to get you approved. Later during the week, I check my credit after receiving an alert and see my credit was pulled 11 times. I called and spoke to Josh and he stated he did not know how that happened because he specifically told the finance department to NOT run my credit multiple times. He then stated he would call me back. It is now 5/16/2016 and have not heard back. I do not recommend JTs , over priced and slow with sales. More

They made calls and told me what I was due in refunds. The refund would be used as my down payment. Joshua( sales manager) told me that I had this amount on my credit card this the best way to go, until I receive my refund. Needless to say, I haven't received my refund. I called the warranty group, to inquire and they said no such thing happen. I would have to go the dealership and signed the papers discontinuing the warranty and gap ins. I'm in my second payment of my credit card. More

The only downside was that I wasn't informed that the vehicle came with only 1 key, but no remote. After calling back and explaining what the remote would cost, I was promised a check to help cover the added expense. More

consistent results prior to the flood of oct. 2015, our then 2015 dodge caravan recieved regular scheduled service that was second to none. each visit was met with prof prior to the flood of oct. 2015, our then 2015 dodge caravan recieved regular scheduled service that was second to none. each visit was met with professional attention. there was never a question that was not answered.. there were times my cup of customer lounge coffee was still warm upon the completion of the service. since that vehicle was taken away by floodwaters, our new 2015 replacement caravan is getting the exact same service. kudos! More
