There service sucks When I take my ram In for service just about the only thing they do is change the oil. It has 30,000 miles and they have rotated the tires once. Last time one tire was low 29lbs when it went in and still 29 when it left even after saying them to check it. Everywhere dealer washes the cars when the come in for service but not jt. More

Disappointed in the service department. I had an appointment at 1:50 on Aug 1st. I dropped my 2016 Jeep Patriot off at JT's Jeep in Lexington at 12:30. I called around 3 to find out if the I had an appointment at 1:50 on Aug 1st. I dropped my 2016 Jeep Patriot off at JT's Jeep in Lexington at 12:30. I called around 3 to find out if the service department had figured out why I had a loud squeaking noise coming from the back passenger side sway bar. I was hung up on the 1st attempt and called back a second time and was told I would receive a call right back to inform me of what the service team had found. I waited 45 mins then called again and still now answer. I arrived back at JT's to find that my vehicle had not been pulled in. They finally pulled it in at 4:15 and took it apart and they close at 5. I asked if they had loaner vehicles and was told I could go across the street and rent a car and the service lady i dealt with said they would give me a discount. I told her I needed my vehicle for work and she asked me if I wanted them to put it back together and I told her I had no other vehicle to drive to work. I had to bring it back Wednesday because they did not have the part and were going to leave it disassembled until the part came in. More
