Service department I took my Journy in for service and a problem. ABS light is on. Sat in you show room for over 5 hours to find out that they put my car in a bay where I took my Journy in for service and a problem. ABS light is on. Sat in you show room for over 5 hours to find out that they put my car in a bay where NO ONE was working. The only thing that was done was an oil change. No tire rotation more the ABS light. It is still on. Hope this isn't causing a problem. Jennifer said it wouldn't and no charge for service. So does that mean I still have that oil change tire rotation as a fee on on my 2 yr plan More

There service sucks When I take my ram In for service just about the only thing they do is change the oil. It has 30,000 miles and they have rotated the tires once. Last time one tire was low 29lbs when it went in and still 29 when it left even after saying them to check it. Everywhere dealer washes the cars when the come in for service but not jt. More
