You can see I left the employee’s name. His name is Jared. If you’d take the time to talk to your employees, they can tell you all about it. And I did call for management team. I was told by John that he’s sorry but it’s not their fault. And Jared is a new employee who didn’t know better and he wasn’t supposed to take deposits. Well, the finance guy is not a new employee and he took my deposit. So your management teams explanation makes no sense. He was arguing with me over the phone. I was told that he would be gladly to return my deposit or sell me another car. If this is what you call “make it right” I have no words for you.

We assumed that you no longer had interest in this vehicle. That is why we are issuing you a refund. We are not in the business of keeping money that we did not earn.
