Took a while, but they finally got the repair done. I was beginning to worry as it took me 5 trips in order to get my repair done. On my 4th visit I went by to show them the problem wasn't repaired & I I was beginning to worry as it took me 5 trips in order to get my repair done. On my 4th visit I went by to show them the problem wasn't repaired & I wanted them to see it as I was going to another dealer to see if they could make the repair. The Service Tech got the Service Manager, Ted Wilcoxon, who looked at the problem and he requested I give them another chance to fix the problem. When the parts cam in I took it back and in less tan 30 minutes it was repaired correctly. On this visit they did a great job. I have always had great service at JT's during the past years and plan on getting my Pacifica serviced there in the future More
excellent service Truck was getting terrible gas mileage all of a sudden. Brought the truck in to have it looked at and they said they could not find anything unusual. Then they said that Chrysler had just released a software update and they installed it and now the truck is getting better mileage like it should. Thank You JT`s service dept. More

Not happy at all Took my truck in for full service and i got it back with a nail in my tire a dent in my door a ford emblem missing off my rim and 1 qt low in oil. I have call numerous times and still haven't gotten anything done. They are very careless and its not worth the extra 3k I spent for service contract. Don't buy or service your car with them More

Does It Right I initially had a bad experience due to a communication breakdown when I first tried to by a used truck from them. However, Taz Aziz, the General Man I initially had a bad experience due to a communication breakdown when I first tried to by a used truck from them. However, Taz Aziz, the General Manager, and Mack Jacobs, our salesperson, turned a bad situation into a great car buying experience. Mack is very personable and down home, He has great knowledge of the products on the lot and is very helpful. Taz did a great job in honestly addressing and apologizing for their error and asking for a chance to make it right. We were able to confirm a drive away price over the phone and I purchased a comparable truck at a fair price close to the original truck price. It could not have been easier. Before we arrived, the second truck had been detailed and a picture sent to us. Mack had all the paperwork ready to sign and was able to get us into a finance manager to complete the transaction quickly. I applaud them for their honesty and doing the right thing to turn a bad situation around. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram or a used car or truck. More
