Took a while, but they finally got the repair done. I was beginning to worry as it took me 5 trips in order to get my repair done. On my 4th visit I went by to show them the problem wasn't repaired & I I was beginning to worry as it took me 5 trips in order to get my repair done. On my 4th visit I went by to show them the problem wasn't repaired & I wanted them to see it as I was going to another dealer to see if they could make the repair. The Service Tech got the Service Manager, Ted Wilcoxon, who looked at the problem and he requested I give them another chance to fix the problem. When the parts cam in I took it back and in less tan 30 minutes it was repaired correctly. On this visit they did a great job. I have always had great service at JT's during the past years and plan on getting my Pacifica serviced there in the future More

excellent service Truck was getting terrible gas mileage all of a sudden. Brought the truck in to have it looked at and they said they could not find anything unusual. Truck was getting terrible gas mileage all of a sudden. Brought the truck in to have it looked at and they said they could not find anything unusual.
