Service Department Review I am beyond over the Jt's Kia in Lexington. I purchased a brand new Jeep in 2014, loved the car buying process however the service department has been I am beyond over the Jt's Kia in Lexington. I purchased a brand new Jeep in 2014, loved the car buying process however the service department has been nothing but a nightmare. I blame a majority of the issues on the turnover rate which maybe linked to upper Management since no one seems to be on the same page. So word to the wise-- go directly to Management if you are experiencing an issue and make sure you receive documentation on what is done to your vehicle in case a service advisor 'stops working there' and the documentation is "lost". Hopefully this place will get the Customer Service portion in the Service department worked out but after 3 years I highly doubt it. Always check with who will work on your car and no just who sold you one! More

Long time for an oil change. I was told we needed an appointment for an oil change, the last time I attempted to get one covered by our service contract. So I made an appointmen I was told we needed an appointment for an oil change, the last time I attempted to get one covered by our service contract. So I made an appointment this time. I arrived before the appointment time, but I sat for over two hours waiting. My last oil change at Precision Tune took less than 20 minutes. I came to JTs because we had some comp oil changes with our premium service agreement. But two hours? I truly expected quicker service, especially with an appointment. More
SiriusXM radio and Recall I am the happiest customer in the world, because JT Chrysler Jeep Dodge went the extra mile to fix an unusual issue. We got our wire harness recall completed and the following week we had NO SiriusXM radio. Getting the recall done had NOTHING to do with our SiriusXM radio not to work, but for some reason we had no service after we were serviced. No one could make since of it. We asked to speak with the Top dog Service Manager. I wish I could remember the Service Manager's name, but he called SiriusXM and we to bat for us. SiriusXM was charging for services not rendered and we couldn't do anything without the help of the Service Manager. He got our service back on and now my husband is calm again. I don't brag on much, but if you can make my husband happy, well you will always get our business. Thanks JT for all you do for your customers. More
