Not friendly The people in the service area are not friendly what so ever. I waited all day to get a call telling me my car was ready. I had called 5 hours later to be told that it was ready. I got up there and asked when it was done and found out that it only has took 2 hours when asked why no one had called or texted me to tell me it was ready the lady lied to my face saying she had texted and called me. Called management I have never heard anything back. I will NOT be back to this place for anything!!! Worst place ever!!!! More

Service Department Review I am beyond over the Jt's Kia in Lexington. I purchased a brand new Jeep in 2014, loved the car buying process however the service department has been I am beyond over the Jt's Kia in Lexington. I purchased a brand new Jeep in 2014, loved the car buying process however the service department has been nothing but a nightmare. I blame a majority of the issues on the turnover rate which maybe linked to upper Management since no one seems to be on the same page. So word to the wise-- go directly to Management if you are experiencing an issue and make sure you receive documentation on what is done to your vehicle in case a service advisor 'stops working there' and the documentation is "lost". Hopefully this place will get the Customer Service portion in the Service department worked out but after 3 years I highly doubt it. Always check with who will work on your car and no just who sold you one! More
