Randall Stansell helped me to sort out the most pressing problems and got them fixed on time and within my budget. Over the next few months I intend to complete the "restoration" of my vehicle at JT. Thank you Randall. ps: Randall should be giving lessons to the Sales Department regarding customer care. Sales tried to use high pressure tactics and outmoded techniques to push me into a new vehicle. In the age of internet you can no longer undervalue trade ins and overcharge on the new car. Shame on you! When I do purchase again it will be on my terms just like i did in 2011. More

Prompt and great service I wasn't sure what the problem was with my Jeep and took this to JT's. I described the symptoms that happened the day before and after diagnostic tes I wasn't sure what the problem was with my Jeep and took this to JT's. I described the symptoms that happened the day before and after diagnostic testing, was told that my Jeep needed a new battery. The service rep, Rielle, showed me how they diagnosed my Jeep's problem and I agreed to have the battery replaced. My wait time was approximately 1.5 hours and when done, Rielle took me where my Jeep was parked after I paid the service. More
