You think they have great reviews. They clearly delete the bad ones. My Jeep Patriot came in June 12th to have the radio repaired from a blocked duct that leaked into the radio. We got a call about the issue and gave them the green light to fix the radio and order the necessary parts. We then got a call on the follow Thursday that the radio had come in and we again gave them the green light to fix the radio. They apparently didn’t even realize they had the car already! Then I call Monday to check on the car only to speak to some women who cannot even find my car or my name In their system! Come to find out the part hadn’t been ordered and they were still waiting on it AFTER THEY HAD IT FOR 13 DAYS. They assured me it would be taken care of and done by Tuesday (today). I come in to pick it up and the car won’t start. The battery had been drained and they say it’s not their job to make sure the car obviously stays in working condition while it is here. Mind you it apparently was working perfectly fine yesterday. I AM DONE.NEVER. EVER. The worst customer service. THEY CLEARLY DELETE BAD REVIEWS. SAVE YOUR TIME AND SANITY. More

I bought the truck used but needed the manufacturer-dealer to do the required work. Taking in right away for an early, first-a.m. appointment. I rented a car for the day from the dealership, (great pricing too) and may I say...Renting a new vehicle out that you also sell is a great way to test drive a possible future sale. I loved the 2019 Cherokee that I rented. Communication throughout the day on the status of the work being performed was a welcomed detail. When I got the call to come to pick up the truck it was earlier enough in the afternoon to enjoy the rest of my day. All services that needed to be performed were and the programming of the new key fobs worked like a charm. Never knew how much you miss those key-less remote locks. A great first experience with J.T's, the dealership and especially the service advisors and all techs and office people associated with the work done. Keep up the good work. Your service department has a lot to learn about customer service, especially the men you see first. I had to bring my CR-V in twice for the same problem, the second time I had both men tell me I had to carry the car to Honda even though I bought it from you. The other service guy with the crew cut hair was much ruder and tried to treat me like a dumb female, that I did not appreciate at all. I called Ken y'all carried it to Honda and got the hose that was leaking fixed. He needs to have better training dealing with women who are not dumb but know little about cars. More

Service Dept is probably one of the Best in the South Took my new RAM to other dealerships and this was the only Dealership that went the extra mile to diagnose problem and replace the defective tires!
