This is a negative review of the service department. My Jeep has been back to this service department 2 times in a manner of 4 weeks. The service advisor(s) as well as the mech of the service department. My Jeep has been back to this service department 2 times in a manner of 4 weeks. The service advisor(s) as well as the mechanics and the service manager were told what the problem was many times. Each time, they apparently didn’t take the issue down on paper/computer as there would be another call back by a different person asking what the issue was. The first time they had the Jeep, there was a lack of communication. Several people were said to be out on vacation and even my service advisor was unavailable and failed to communicate with us. The lack of communication between customers and employees as well as the lack of communication between employees to other employees is one reason why I’m rating this location so low. Another reason I’m ranking this service department so low is the inefficiency and lack of quality services. The other day, fresh from having my Jeep out of the dealership, I almost had a wreck because my power steering went out and my dashboard service lights came on alerting me to the same issues it had, meaning the service technicians did nothing to resolve the issues. When I request service, Ie, I expect quality and the job to get done. I expect it to be right. The job was not done. I have wasted four weeks on this car issue, which should of been solved immediately, thus, my reasoning on the inefficient service department. I hope this place can get their act together, otherwise I’ll have to go elsewhere. More
New truck is now in my driveway I was in the market for a new truck, and came across the one I now own at JT's. All of the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I left there feelin I was in the market for a new truck, and came across the one I now own at JT's. All of the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I left there feeling pretty good about my experience overall. It did take a little while to complete the sale, I think I sat for about an hour waiting on the gentleman in the finance department, other dealers at that point normally offer you a beverage of some sort but noting was forthcoming. Outside of that I would and probably will be a return customer if and when I decide to replace my current vehicle. More
One of the worst experiences I have ever had Purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Salesman and I agree on “out the door” price but then they add $2500 in extended warranty which should have Purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Salesman and I agree on “out the door” price but then they add $2500 in extended warranty which should have been agreed upon in the “out the door price”. I also got a lower offer on my trade in, about $2000 less than Kelly blue book which made me mad because this dealership advertises that they will give you "Ridicules Money for you trade", in a way I guess they were right ridiculously low. The car was at one of their other dealerships so when I picked it up it had a broken driver side mirror but luckily the dealership said they would take car of it. A week after I purchased the car still had no mirror, so I called the parts department and they had no record of a mirror being ordered. The parts advisor did tell me they had one that had been ordered a few months ago but no one had ordered one for mine. I called the next day to speak to my salesman but he wasn’t available, so I left a message and got no return call. I called again on the following Monday and asked to speak to the sales manager I worked with. I explained what I had learned about the mirror and he put me on hold and the I got sent back my salesman who told me the mirror that no one order magically arrived. So I made an appointment to have it installed the next day but a few minutes later I get a call from my salesman telling that they needed to do it Wednesday instead. I drive out to the dealership on Wednesday, which is 45min from my house only to be told the mirror they have is white and needs to be painted. I was pissed at this point because a simple phone call would have saved me a 45min drive.I was leaving for vacation and told them I would call them when I got back so I could get the painted mirror installed. While I was on vacation I got a call from my salesman that the mirror was painted and he wanted to know if I wanted to come in to have it installed but I had to explain to him again that I was on vacation and would call when I was back. When we did the financing, we did it through my credit union. While I was on vacation I called the credit union because I had not seen the Jeep on my account and turns out the dealership messed up the financing, signed me up as a new member with a new account. It took 2 weeks and a lot of red tape to get this changed and moved to my account. Last week of vacation I called our salesman to schedule a day and time to have this done. I called my salesman the last week of vacation to schedule a date and time to have the mirror installed. The day arrives to have the mirror installed. I show up to the dealership and pull in to the service department. I am asked by a service associate to pull my car up and then when I get out he goes inside and no one ever comes out to see why I am here or what I need. I go inside and no one has a clue about why I am here. I am a little confused and upset by this then rudely told to “hold on and calm down”. They then take me to a different person that handles the used car service but he still has no Idea why I am here. So they agree to install the mirror which doesn’t take long. I got outside to leave and the mirror which was a dark gray color has been replaced with a black one. At this point I give up! I will take the Jeep somewhere else. This was a terrible experience and I won’t buy another car from them or recommend them to anyone else. More

VERY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE AN AS IS CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AS THEY PORTRAY. I WENT THERE AFTER BEING RIPPE DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE AN AS IS CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AS THEY PORTRAY. I WENT THERE AFTER BEING RIPPED OFF BY A BUY HERE PAY HERE CAR LOT, LOOKING FOR BETTER RESULTS BEING THAT JT IS A BIG DEALERSHIP AND GOT THE SAME RESULTS AS THE BUY HERE PAY HERE... I PURCHASED A 2014 BUICK VERANO THAT HAD MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WITHIN THE SECOND WEEK OF PURCHASE.. TOOK THE CAR BACK COMPLAINING OF TRANSMISSION(HARD DOWNSHIFT) PROBLEMS AND WAS TOLD THAT,"OH WELL, YOU BROUGHT THE CAR AS IS"!! NOT ONLY THAT, THE CAR WOULD CUT OFF ON ME IN TRAFFIC AT ANY GIVEN TIME.. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I FOUND THE CAR ONLINE AT 7,995 AND WAS CHARGED 9,995 INSTEAD AND SAD PART IS I'M STUCK WITH A FINANCED LEMON WHEN I WENT TO THEM FOR RELIABILITY AND LOYALTY AND WAS TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE AFTER TALKING TO THE SALEMEN ABOUT HOW I HAD JUST GOT RIPPED OFF HE KNEW I WAS A VARNURABLE FEMALE IN DESPERATE NEED OF A VEHICLE!! I ADVISE ANY FEMALE TO GO TO THIS DEALER WITH SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT'S WHAT BECAUSE IF NOT, THEY'RE JUS LIKE ANY OTHER CAR SALES PERSON THAT'S JUS INTO THEIR JOBS FOR THE MONEY!! More

Great experience Took my 2015 Durango to JT’s for regular maintenance. When I picked the car up I noticed that they used regular instead of synthetic oil. When I brought it to their attention they quickly replaced the oil and filter. In addition I had a rattle in the lower dash which they corrected at no charge. I knew it would require them to disassemble the lower dash and expected to be charged a lot for labor. The service department folks and the cashiers are always very courteous and professional and do make a solid effort to satisfy the customer. Their service rates are very competitive as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with JTs and will continue to give them my business. More
