Service department missed several things wrong with my vehicle. After one service, they left the cap off of my coolant, and it all boiled away and spilled out, causing the vehicle to overheat. Four days a vehicle. After one service, they left the cap off of my coolant, and it all boiled away and spilled out, causing the vehicle to overheat. Four days after the next oil change and inspection, I was left stranded 1400 miles away from home on a road trip because they missed several things during the inspection. When trying to buy a vehicle, the staff was pushy (per the usual at a dealership), but insanely rude when I was trying to negotiate. I do not recommend this place. More
I had a good experience. Purchased vehicle sight unseen, and physically not onsite during the purchasing process. All was handled via mail, phone and/or email. Even had a Purchased vehicle sight unseen, and physically not onsite during the purchasing process. All was handled via mail, phone and/or email. Even had a third party transport the vehicle to my address in another state. All went smoothly, swiftly and vehicle was delivered as advertised. I’m am very satisified. I'm a first time buyer and they listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. They gave me options based on this, I ended up falling in love with the 3rd car they showed me! This was THE worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I've worked at 1 been a customer at a dealership in the state of New Jersey& South Carolina. I was told the vehicle was being serviced by dealership. I've worked at 1 been a customer at a dealership in the state of New Jersey& South Carolina. I was told the vehicle was being serviced by the salesman, I was told the truck was being serviced by finance. I got home opened the (tried) opening the hood the latch wouldn't give. I had to bang on it. Went back to the dealer which is 150 miles from me. was told by the service manager that he did a lot of work on this truck, (me) if you did you would know there's problems with hood latch, brakes were squealing like crazy, among other things to much to list. The salesman wouldn't would my calls or text, EMMANUEL he's the worst, then he did call my phone asking for someone else. I finally did the work completed after several trips to this dealership on Sunset Blvd. whenever I was in this dealership EMMANUEL never spoke or acknowledge me, which was kool with me. What's so funny about him I asked him a question about why the truck sound like it did when it start up he couldn't tell me (lol). But I knew the answer. More
Avoid buying used! I bought a 2020 Armada the week of July 24th and within a week of buying it the AC went out and costed an arm and a leg to fix. I called the dealer I bought a 2020 Armada the week of July 24th and within a week of buying it the AC went out and costed an arm and a leg to fix. I called the dealership and they wouldn’t stand behind their product at all. After writing a google review their reply was to call the generic dealership number to “resolve the issue” like that wasn’t my first step… Zero help at all with fixing the problem. Also the door handle they “fixed” before picking it up fell apart a few days after owning it. $30,000+ spent with them and this is what you can expect as far as service. More
