Warranty repair issue I scheduled a transmission warranty repair over 2 months out from the date since the person in the warranty department said they had one transmission I scheduled a transmission warranty repair over 2 months out from the date since the person in the warranty department said they had one transmission technician who had a 2 month back log in repairs. I decide to leave the repair here since there was no dripping in the pan yet from a leak. The lady over the phone ask for my mileage so that it would have been logged since I was worried that far out, I would have gone over my contract in terms of mileage. After the long wait, I dropped the truck off and was thrilled to be getting it fixed. I received a phone call 4 hours later letting me know that I would have to pay out of pocket since I was over in my mileage. They persisted that nobody wrote it down when I scheduled the appointment. This is also after I had to take my truck in twice because they rejected doing any recall repair because I wouldn't pay for other repairs. It is ridiculous how customers can be treated. Now due to this, I have to pay for this repair to be done somewhere else. More

*Customer Service issue-stopped at JTs to look at a Jeep a couple months ago and I left without buying the Jeep because of a misunderstanding. *Follow up-Mr. Aziz actually called me and asked me to come ba a couple months ago and I left without buying the Jeep because of a misunderstanding. *Follow up-Mr. Aziz actually called me and asked me to come back in and work things out. *Tony (sales mgr) called me and actually “listened” and asked me to come the next day. *Resolution-spoke with the other sales mgr and he introduced me to Phillip Brown, sales associate. Great decision! Phillip would not give up. I had been promised a great price from another salesman before that wasn’t followed through with so I was not happy. Phillip and the other sales mgr worked hard to resolve the issue and come very close to the original offer! Their effort impressed me and that alone erased the bad feeling I left with earlier. Their effort also landed me a new Jeep Gladiator! Happy-Happy-Happy customer! I hope this gets back to the manager, Mr. Aziz...because the resolution started with him. Their service initially involved replacing the engine in this vehicle. A subsequent visit found a bad coil that needed to be replaced. JTs, in our experience, gave us timely response and excellent service. Its time frame for repair on the initial service was dependent on delivery of a new engine; once received, service kept us informed as to status. We were completely pleased with the service given in both instances and our Dodge Journey is back on the road with us. Thank goodness for JTs!! More
