Purchased a used vehicle on May 24th.On 26th stated having issues called George he told me to bring the vehicle out there to be looked at he later informed me that I needed an engine. 3 days after purc having issues called George he told me to bring the vehicle out there to be looked at he later informed me that I needed an engine. 3 days after purchase. George assured me that I would be taken care of which he did he put me in a loner vehicle. He said it has to go to Nissan for repair which I was fine with. Called June 8th spoke with someone in the service dept they didn't know what I was talking about they would call me back. 4days later June 12th no call I called and told it was still at Nissan. Same on June 19th. June 24th a month later spoke with someone in the service dept asked if she could tell me if Nissan returned my vehicle she told me that I need to call Nissan I ask which one she said she didn't know. So I ask to speak to the service manager. Spoke with Mike the Manger explained my situation he said he would call me back by the time I got the call I was already there. I stood there in the service dept waiting he came out of the office look at me and stood by a customer service person who was assisting someone another associate ask me what I needed and told me someone would be with me. 30 minutes later I'm still stand by this time he was hold a casual conversation with the other 2 gentlemen still not acknowledging me. Another gentle man walk up to me I told him my problem. He said I would be taken care of. Mike finally decided to walk over I told him who I was he informed me that that my vehicle had been repaired a week ago in never left the lot it was never at Nissan your dealership repaired it. Then he says we have been calling you. I responded now one called me he wanted to go back and forth with I told him that he was not going to talk down on me and just get my vehicle. Mike was real rude and I have never been talked to the way he talked to me. Im very disappoint overall. I picked my vehicle up on the 24th of June only to have to callback on the 25th it sounds like a dump truck when it gets up to 40 miles it takes off fast this is dangerous. I spoke with someone on the 25th she assured me that the General Manager would be calling me no call yet. I'm not the type to go over others head but what else am I to do. I have never had such and exhausting experience I guess I have to just come back in person instead of waiting on a phone call. More
