I seem to have a hard time to get the service area to answer the phone and often I am switched back to the cashiers desk inside when service does not answer. It took 3 tries and a year to fix our air conditioner. Each time we paid more than $400 for it to stop working within months and be told "Oh, it's just because of the age of the car". I went to buy a used car from jts dodge and from there it was downhill the took a 2 thousand dollar chec and then charged me full price for the 2013 Jeep Patriot sport I like the car but the told me it neede was downhill the took a 2 thousand dollar chec and then charged me full price for the 2013 Jeep Patriot sport I like the car but the told me it needed new breaks and tires to quiet it down in the back because there was a little roar inthe back,I got all off those things fixed and know they tell me it’s wheel bearings it one thing after another and I have had it for five months and put around a thousand miles on it because it sounds like it going to fall apart anyway they talk about treating you rite,lol.so don’t buy nothing from them go anywhere near them!they should not be allowed to sell car like that!
