I seem to have a hard time to get the service area to answer the phone and often I am switched back to the cashiers desk inside when service does not answer. The service reps are very busy so I don't th answer the phone and often I am switched back to the cashiers desk inside when service does not answer. It took 3 tries and a year to fix our air conditioner. Each time we paid more than $400 for it to stop working within months and be told "Oh, it's just because of the age of the car". Work was done although the 3 week wait for an appointment was ridiculous I felt. Watch the bill because they have been known to add in charges not discussed about or quoted. I went to buy a used car from jts dodge and from there it was downhill the took a 2 thousand dollar chec and then charged me full price for the 2013 Jeep Patriot sport I like the car but the told me it neede was downhill the took a 2 thousand dollar chec and then charged me full price for the 2013 Jeep Patriot sport I like the car but the told me it needed new breaks and tires to quiet it down in the back because there was a little roar inthe back,I got all off those things fixed and know they tell me it’s wheel bearings it one thing after another and I have had it for five months and put around a thousand miles on it because it sounds like it going to fall apart anyway they talk about treating you rite,lol.so don’t buy nothing from them go anywhere near them!they should not be allowed to sell car like that! This review is only about Jennifer Morris in the tech/service department. Jennifer is the best employee and went above and beyond to help me! My truck was damaged when I took it to Take 5 in Lexingt tech/service department. Jennifer is the best employee and went above and beyond to help me! My truck was damaged when I took it to Take 5 in Lexington for an oil change. Since it was their fault, they were responsible to pay for it. They were not the most cooperative to work with. But Jennifer was on them like white on rice! Contacting everyone and anyone in charge of that franchise to get someone to approve the charges. She called multiple people for 11 days straight trying to get someone to return her calls. She could have easily just left a voicemail for someone and waited for them to call back (which who knows how long that would be) and my truck would just be collecting dust. But she GOT THE JOB DONE!! The most helpful and dedicated employee this store has! Jennifer deserves the best!! More
