My husband and I had the best buying experience at Jt's recently! Our sales associate, Jackie, was very attentive to our situation (we were a little pushed to buy a vehicle quickly as my truck was totalled recently! Our sales associate, Jackie, was very attentive to our situation (we were a little pushed to buy a vehicle quickly as my truck was totalled) and we were really impressed with her communication and follow ups during the whole process! With my husband working 6 days a week and long hours, I had to take on the responsibility of finding, researching, test driving. Etc.....which is a stressful situation for a woman, in my opinion. It was a blessing to be paired with Jackie, which eased my fears. She explained the whole process and was available for each and every question that I had. JT's presented a sales price on my vehicle that wasn't available anywhere in SC! (I checked) What made this purchase even better, was that this vehicle was a Certified Pre-owned....which not only was great for financing but gave us an incredible warranty! I had my test drive during daytime hours. Loved it, and proceeded with purchase. We couldn't pick it up til that night at almost closing and noticed a tail light and headlight were not working. Jackie got me in yesterday morning (Christmas eve eve) and the service department promptly corrected all of my issues with minimum wait. I can't say enough. Everyone that I encountered there from the young lady at the front desk, the managers that checked on me, the service manager, warranty division, Aaron and William (who are both in sales and assisted me when Jackie couldn't be present), all played a huge part in our buying decision. If all of that isnt enough to get you to this dealership, my final purchasing decision was made by JT himself. No, I didn't meet him or talk to him. I just happened to be there as they were having their staff Christmas party and I overheard him speaking to his employees. It appeared that he went all out for them, and it was refreshing to watch an owner appreciate them for all that they do....because they deserve it! If you are looking to purchase, this is the place to go! Ask for Jackie...tell her I sent you ;) More

Soooooo beyond pissed. I had my oil changed last Monday. OVERCHARGED. $56 LABOR. TODAY, I find out there is an OIL LEAK that costs approximately $1500 to repair. I have a 2023 ram 1500 that I have leased from JT. I have had a couple issues with this truck so far that I have had trouble with JT about fixing. The injector on the #5 cylinder went out causing the truck to misfire a couple weeks ago. I contacted JT to bring it in. Upon entry into the service department, they informed me they wanted to keep the truck for multiple days, and then instructed me to go across the street to rent a car for the time they had my vehicle. Out of pocket!! This morning I noticed my taillight was intermittently working. I took it to JT and they had me sit there and wait for over an hour to tell me the light bulb had to be replaced, it wasn't covered under warranty, and that it would be $85 (for BTW, a part that costs $10 for 2 of them). This is absolute absurdity to treat a loyal customer of over 20 years in this manner More
The service rep Justin was awesome as he always is. The only issue I have is a tapping noise at start up in my Ram 2500.
