Another experience I had with JTS DodgeLand is they pride themselves only and not customer and not once I build I relationship with no one from this company through my buying experience. I was left with no vehicle. I had a trade in valued approximately 5000 to 5500 etc.. along with a down payment. I had a co signer as well my stepsister was nice enough to do it for me but she stays in NJ. They sent her documents to sign and send back. She missed signatures and sent back the documents and later sent back to them. I called me numerous of times regarding these documents that was sent but the failed to track the package and because of this issue they took the car back from me. Like I can control the mail carrier and sos not provide other options for me to go about this. I returned the car and got my down payment back and my trade in. My trade In had a tag which they could not find , left me going home with no tag and said nothing and walked off. I never been treated like from any car dealership and I feel honesty violated. If there was a law for this I definitely will be in court in pain. I hate this place.
