I work 30 miles from home, so driving 60 miles round trip 5 days a week was putting a strain on my wallet for gas. I never felt pressured into buying the car then and there. Paul Cobb was equally efficient as he found a better interest rate for my loan even after the initial finance work had been done! I was in and out of there in less than two hours, a far cry from the horror stories of being at a dealer all day. The car is in perfect condition, and Richard even put gas in it for me! I will definitely continue my relationship with Dodgeland of Columbia! More
Car runs like new. My car was vibrating and it was determined that i needed four new tires wheel alignment. Car now isn't vibrating. The transmission fluid had a leak the replaced the pan that catches determined that i needed four new tires wheel alignment. Car now isn't vibrating. Got me in with absolutely no delay. Did oil change, checked tires & fluids ensuring car was ready for upcoming trip. Initially asked for wash and detail as well. I chose Dodgeland of columbia because of their special. I called the dealership for directions and to get more information. They were very nice and patient with me. When I arrived Richard Ramick met me at the door. He greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. I was really sick that day but, Richard tried to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Richard worked out a plan with me and my son to be able to get our new car. I like the car I got ( a Dodge Caliber 2010). I always wanted me one of those cars and now I have one. Thanks to Dodgeland. From the moment we walked in the dealer, we were welcomed. Brian answered ALL our questions, and our budget was respected and kept in mind for the entire transaction. Once all the paperwork was signed Derrick still returned our phone calls promptly. Quality of work was given a 4 because the car clean-up could have been better, however, on their behalf, we had already taken possession of the car, and I know they were trying to keep us from having to wait for the "delivery". I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car, and especially the two employee’s we worked with Brian and Derrick. My wife and I came to the dealership on a rainy day 2-5-2011 just to look at the Journey and Nitro. Shortly after getting out of our vehicle Jimmy Carter joined us outside and without hesitation, even 2-5-2011 just to look at the Journey and Nitro. Shortly after getting out of our vehicle Jimmy Carter joined us outside and without hesitation, even after we told him that we were just looking. He got some keys and let us "kick the tires" on several different models and answered all our questions, let us drive a couple of vehicles for comparison, and basically stayed with us thru the drizzel to answer all our questions. Not one time did he push us into a sales situation. We usually pick a bad weather day to go car shopping to sort of have time to look and talk without a salesman around. But Jimmy gave us that time. When we were getting ready to leave he asked us if we wanted to see some #s. Knowing that this is the hook we went ahead and listened. We traded a 2003 Dodge PU and bought a FULLY loaded Journey that my Wife loves. It is her car so I wanted to make sure it had all the perks she wanted. We looked at a 2011 that was nicely equipped but while we were out test driving Jimmy found a 2010 New Journey and it had everything. She drove it and we bought it! I saw several of the very negative reviews on this dealership and we were sort of sceptic about todays visit. However Jimmy and Derek were very professional and pleasant to work with. I feel very comfortable about the deal we got today. I would highly recommend Jimmy and Derek to anyone who reads this and to my friends. Thanks from Debbie and Jeff Montgomery More
