If she can't get a service advisor within a short time she will schedule an appointment for you! I have been coming to, or dealing with, Dodgeland since 1993. Everyone I have mentioned in the employees worked with have made it a pleasure to come back to Dodgeland over other Dodge dealers in the area! If you need a new Dodge see Jimmy Carter in sales. If you need service dial 803-799-1900 option 2 and get treated like you are a human being and not just a number. All the service advisors are helpful. If you can get him, Bobby Day is the machanic you want! If you have any problems, that would be rare, requets to see JT himself. Even the owner treats you like a person! More
There is nothing particulary special about the custom service at Dodgeland, and it seems there is always a hesitation to want to fix my vehicle even though it is under warranty. Far too often, it seems they can replicate the problem identified by myself. Other than that, customer service can be improved significantly with simple smiles, hellos, and how are you. There are those places like Chick Fil-a for example, that I will go back to time and time again despite the fact that there food isn't great, but there customer service is second to none; hotel-like.
