I brought in my '88 Dodge Dakota for brake service. Since it's an old truck, it is sometimes difficult to get parts. However, Tyrone was able to order refurbished parts. I referred my son to Dodgeland and he recently purchased a preowned Nissan Versa from Dodgeland due to the fact that the dealership is friendly, well-organized, and trusted. Last week I had difficulty opening the trunk, brought my Sebring into Dodgeland for an inspection. Mr. Mills serviced my vehicle, ordered the parts, and called me as soon as the parts came in. I came in for an Oil change, two recalls and part of my 30K check/tune up. As best as I can tell the quality of work was very good but it was all internal so it is hard to tell. Very friendly service and not pushy but helpful and suggested a few options when I said I could not afford the full cost of my 30k check-up. I am on a fixed budget so the price was just ok but seemed competitive. I am not big on recommending a business because I think everyone should make their own decisions about where they spend their money. However, when the dealership offered a $45 dollar rebate without me asking for anything and all I had to do was answer less than 10 questions. Now that plus the quality of the work is someone who has shown me they want my business and are willing to earn it. More

The buying experince that my wife and I had was tremendous all the way down to Lisa who greeted us when we first walked in. She was even willing to give up her sweater to my wife. We never felt any pressure from Mack knowledge of the different products was encredible. Also, Mr. Cobb was extremely efficient in processing the paperwork and is a multi-tasker at its best. You should be very proud to have employees to this calliber. They are few and far between. We are pleased to share our experience with family and friends.
