Everyone there was very friendly, the price seemed a bit higher than others, but being new to the columbia area I wasn't going to shop around. I have given this dealership and "outstanding" review/rating for the following reasons. First of all, the salesperson, Karriem, was professional, polite, corteoues and the fact I enjoyed the most review/rating for the following reasons. First of all, the salesperson, Karriem, was professional, polite, corteoues and the fact I enjoyed the most he was not pushy. Every car I inquired about he showed me and explained the details. Derek Blizzard is an outstanding Business Manager. He went over every aspect of buying the car and the options and why he would recommend. Eddie Wahden was no nonsense and he wasn't pushy either and really helped Karriem to seal the deal with the car that I purchased. Derek was very instrumental in selecting the car that I ultimately purchased; 2006 Infiniti G35 that had approximately 42K miles and is in excellent condition. He saw the car that I was driving, a 1996 Toyota Camry with over 250K miles on it. I told him that I like to keep my cars and wanted something dependable and he suggested the Infiniti. Finally, Paul Cobb made the deal happen with financing and also provided me with an extended warranty that is necessary for older model cars and he sold me the one that would take care of everything with this Infiniti. My oldeest son bought a car from Dodgeland many years ago when the Dodge Neon first came out and we never had a problem with the car nor service. He would still be driving this car today except that he had electrical problems with the stereo box he added. This was a great experience and I am enjoying the car,so far. More

I purchased my vehicle from Dodgeland of Columbia about 4 years ago. Recently, the tail lights stop working and changing out the fuse was not solving the problem. I called and spoke with Mike and he said to bring it in on the day i wanted to......i had to wait a short while when he informed me it was going to be a while longer and offered me a free ride home!....Mike called me a few hours later to tell me the problem could be solved and at what cost.....I told him to go ahead and fix it and was able to pick it back up by 5pm. I brought in my 2006 Charger for routine service, oil change, filters, etc. When I purchased the car in 2006, I also purchased a maintenance plan that included coupons for oil changes and whatnot. I used one of the coupons and my service was free, so I am not certain about the general prices. The coupon book is great, it's nice having already paid for the services. Everyone was really friendly and pleasant, and they completed the service very quickly. I was nicely surprised, as I was prepared to wait much longer. Overall it was good. Thanks! More

Really don't understand why I took the time to schedule service appointment online. I show up to drop my vehicle off for service and they don't have any of my information. They didn't even try to look it up. What a complete waste of time. I don't understand why I even made an appointment. I requested an oil change and transmision fluid flush. I also needed a replacement lug nut. I left my vehicle at 8:00 am. It was ready at 4:00pm. I am sure glad I made an appointment. It probably would have been the next day for this if I hadn't. More
